Eric F. Pabo

Eric Pabo joined the board in September of 2025. He moved to Windsor, Colorado in 1974 and has lived within the boundaries of the district for the last 31 years. He earned a BSME from CSU and his career includes working for Eastman Kodak, Hewlett Packard, Agilent, Avago, and EVGroup. His job roles included facilities engineering, process support, process development, process improvement, customer support, applications engineering, and business development. He retired from full time work in 2021 and has done some consulting work since then. He is a professional engineer registered in the state of Colorado and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Eric is looking forward to learning the processes, getting to know the team and using his process engineering and improvement background to make a contribution to the South Fort Collins Sanitation District
Eric and his wife Karla raised their 2 children in Fort Collins and have 5 grandchildren. Four grandchildren are nearby and one is in Portland, OR. In Eric’s spare time he enjoys photography, hiking, and traveling.
